Spirally welded pipes for Foundation purposes for projects in Central & South America’s are produced in our spiral mill located in Cariacica, ES, in the south-east of Brazil.
It produces spirally welded carbon steel pipes for the foundation market through the Submerged Arc Welding process (SAW), according to the standard ASTM A - 252 “Standard Specification for Welded and Seamless Steel Pipe Piles”.
The mill supplies for the whole national territory and foreign markets. The welding procedure of the pipes and the welders are qualified according to the standard ASME IX.
This spiral mill can produce tubes with an outer diameter of 1905mm with a wall thickness up to 19 mm. The produced tube can have a length up to 18m without butt welds.
